Hi, I'm Darika.

Following the path of ancient yogis, I've tried to embody the 8 Limbs of Yoga into my life. As a Buddhist, I find these two paths harmonise perfectly. Therefore, the approach to asana (postures) is to 'practise with Ahimsa (tenderness). Read more click on about me. (Coming soon.)
